Payments + ordering
We use Paypal to process all orders. Major credit cards are accepted. Even if you don’t have a Paypal account, you can still use Paypal to complete your purchase at Signature bites. You can ship to a different location than your billing address, be sure to click on the ‘edit shipping’ information to change the address and make sure you enter the destination address correctly.
Shipping information
We ship Monday through Thursday via USPS 2-day Priority Mail to destinations in the U.S. – usually within 1-3 days of order. Orders made on Thursday or Friday may not be made until the following Monday so that they are not sitting at the Post Office over the weekend.
Currently, shipping costs for one small, medium or large box is $5.25. The cost is calculated on weight, so the more boxes you ship, the more you pay.
Once shipped, orders general arrive in two days, but in some instances it may vary between 1-3 days – be mindful of this timeframe when making your purchase, especially if it's for a special day. Also, please make sure the brownie delivery will not sit outside in the sun for long periods at its destination – our products are resilient, but are not designed to be left outside for too long, especially in hot climates.
You may also choose a specific date for your Signature bites to be shipped. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us.
If you desire upgraded shipping, or a different shipping service, please contact us and we will work with you.
International shipping
We do not currently provide international shipping because our products are perishable and the costs are prohibitive.

Like all tasks for the holidays, the earlier the better to ensure we meet your requested deadline. Be sure to sign up for our email newsletter – we'll remind you about upcoming holidays so you can place your orders in a timely manner.
Local deliveries (South Florida)
Local deliveries for large, corporate or special orders within Miami-Dade, Broward or Palm Beach counties can be arranged for a charge. Please contact us to discuss costs.
Refunds and Exchanges
We pack our boxes very carefully and cannot be held responsible for what happens after packages leave our hands at the Post Office. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we will work with you if a package arrives extremely damaged.
We do our best to get every package to its intended recipient by the date promised. Unfortunately, there are instances that are beyond our control that prevent that from happening. Signature bites is not responsible for such incidences and appreciates your understanding - we cannot be held responsible for any lost or missing packages and we do not offer refunds on those orders where an incorrect address was provided.
